When the wind winds through the sharp switchbacks
In the craggy mountains
And the silence of loneliness
Is broken by the howls of desolateness
I want you to remember
That as the snake turns around
And strikes itself
It is still a survivor
With sharp reflexes
Under the full moon
In the heat of the night
A long road

I'm Tired of Waiting - excerpts from a love letter to a loved one - a true love story.

That day I think -
I think I could have let go of you
I think that it is time to let go of you
I think I did -
I do truly -
I really did love you -
I do love you
But it's too late
I can't wait any longer
I won't be there
Perhaps if you find me
We can be together
I still remember all the good times we shared
But it's already time for me to move on
Remember what we said
I had to stop looking back
I had to look towards the future
You and I know that is how I am
You and I -
I think you and I both know that you wouldn't love me otherwise
So please understand
I know you will
You know that I love you
I know that you have been waiting a long time for me
Why couldn't I wait?
Perhaps that is the difference between dream and reality
You and I will see
What will happen in the future
If we were destined to be
Fate would bring us together
Until then
I'm taking my pack and my sword
And I'm going on first
I love you

The flowers of a dozen
blossoms together
In the sweet warm nature
of bees that sting forever

If you drank from the cup of forgetfulness, you would forget all the good memories along with the bad.
If you drank from the cup of sorrow, you will never again hear the sound of laughter.
If you drank from the cup of happiness, you will never again be moved by the beauty of sadness.
If you drank from the cup of humility, you might lose pride in yourself and all that you stand for.
If you drank from the cup of pride, you might stand to lose everything else.

The wind blows cold
And I
Standing outside alone
Wish for a light
To carry me through
This dark night
Where I wander ‘neath the stars
So far and distant
High above the shadows
Of this earthly world
Where sorrow and joy commingle
And love is the resonance
Of the pain that lingers
In this life.
